If you see a property you like, we ask you to drive past the house first before phoning with a request to view.  (Full address of the property is displayed on each listing).

Paperwork and Payment for Successful Application

We require the following:

1 weeks rent in advance

4 weeks bond

1 weeks rent + gst as letting fee

As an example, for a $350 per week rental the following would be payable:

• Rent               $  350.00
• Bond              $1400.00
• Let Fee          $  402.50
• TOTAL           $2152.50

The let fee is payable on signing of the tenancy agreement and the balance is due prior to our handing over the keys.
