In consideration of the trust you have shown towards our office, we feel you deserve the best possible service in the management of your rental property.
Photographs will be taken for promotional purposes and a copy placed in our residential vacancies list at the front desk.
A recognised Xcellence Property signboard will be installed on your property until it is tenanted.
Regular progress reports will be provided throughout the marketing period including comments received about your property.
We will contact all our existing tenants who are looking to rent within your property’s price range and location.
We will contact you regarding any potential tenants for your approval, prior to tenanting.
Should we fail to perform in any of the above areas, we invite you to register your complaint in writing. If the complaint is not acted upon and rectified within five days after receipt of your letter, you have the option to cancel our Agency Agreement.
